Xbox games blocked by family features even after I disabled them.

I tried to remove the Microsoft Family restrictions on my device by deleting some system files related to parental controls (WpcMon, WpcTok). Even though those files were removed, Microsoft services such as Xbox, Minecraft, etc, are blocked and shows the message:
“You’ll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use ____.”
I'm not sure why this happens.
How do I fix this?

What device was the microsoft family put on originally? If you can, try to access that family restrictions on that device and disable family restrictions if you can. It maybe causing a error with/from that device.
