i bought r6 Elite in and it dosent work

i bought it a few days ago was very happy becuse i wanted to use some of the ops but in game it didn't work contacted ubisoft support gave them proof they didn't do anything told me to wait i was done waiting and i wanted the money back i couldn't refund it because i had more than 2h on the free one i its i hope i could get the money back cuz what i payed for didn't work and steam didn't help its not their falt cuz i had about 200h in the game i still want the refund to my acc but if there a way to make it work i dont want the refund.

You played 49.8 hours past 2 weeks and the only game the last 2 weeks was R6S:X. You bought the game 8 days ago.

And those achievements are sus.
