You have been scammed.
Valve employees (Steam staff) will never communicate with you about your account using any chat system including Steam Chat and Discord.

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

4. Change passwords from a clean computer.

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds.
