Refund
Hey! I have been trying to refund a DLC that I have played for less than two hours AND had only owned for a day. It's been over six hours, and my buddy refunded his DLC on the same game that I requested one for, but I hadn't gotten approved yet. Should I be worried?

No, it can take days or even weeks for support to respond. They have hundreds of thousands tickets to get through

Just be patient, you will get a response

Correct. At this time of year, it will take longer to get a response. Be patient like HI im Swat said. Around holidays, it tends to get worse. Even worse when people mass put in tickets for same thing.
