where to I go to get support on my screenshots

I just deleted god knows how many of my screenshots from the steam cloud trying to free drive space. why does it not tell you they delete the screenshots from both your drive and the cloud?

if its gone its probably gone, you can open a support ticket in Help.

Thats what im trying to do. I can't find it. Iv looked though several different branchs and can't for the life of me find the option to open a ticket
