Steam Gift Card, Region, and Wallet Balance

I'm trying to purchase FFXVI, which is not available in my current region.

So I switched my region to US and purchased a US Gift Card in USD but the wallet currency is in another currency and won't switch to USD.

Can I add the Gift Card to my Wallet normally and purchase the game from my wallet balance even if the currency is different?

What is the best solution for purchasing games from other regions even if you don't have the Debit/Credit card in dollar or my PayPal is linked to other currency than USD.

You don't.

What you are doing is a violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

A game not being available in your region isn't an invitation to just change your region.

It's not a test to try to overcome.

Yeah, you want the game. The product owner doesn't want to sell it to you. Steam isn't going to provide you loopholes to bypass that.

You change your store region by making a purchase on steam using a credit/debit card addressed to your home in the country you are changing too. This will also convert any wallet funds you have to the currency in that region.
