I just don’t wanna deal with my dad in these situations, one because I already told him I used the money so he’d leave me alone about it, and two because he just sits in my room quietly fixing it and when he asks a question he immediately expects and answer and when I can’t answer in one second he goes “huh?” And then I get more stressed and can’t answer and then he gets mad at me for not answering.
Or wait a while and check back.
Your money isn't lost. Not wanting to do the obvious troubleshooting is your decision.
I’ll just get into his email somehow and figure it out. Tomorrow he’ll be at work and hopefully no one will be home so I can use the computer in his room and figure that out.
It's illegal to access someone else's property. Your Dad will know you access his computer and email as there are logs. He may even get a notification on his phone that someone is accessing his emails.
I suggest you find the courage and just talk to your Dad instead of committing crimes which you can be jailed for.
Don't want to do that? Then you have lost $10. Only a tiny amount anyway.
Honestly it's between him and his dad, and none of your business.
Might want to turn your ridiculous fear mongering down from a 9 to a 2. You're making a lot of assumptions. Like his Dad is going to have him arrested? You know this how?
What? It’s not illegal to check my dad’s email, I don’t know what you’re talking about. Why would my dad or anyone else call the police on me for checking his email?
