Using command line to launch shortcuts
So from what I learnt, I can use the command
steam steam://rungameid/<gameid here>

But that command needs a gameid to work, what do you do if you want to launch a non-steam game shortcut that you've already made? I tried looking around the net through searches, and all I can find is the same rungameid for running steam games. Is there a command for shortcuts?

Rungameid does work with non-Steam games. If you create a Desktop shortcut through the Steam client the shortcut will have the ID number

Interesting... I wonder what makes that new gameid? I tested it out with a termnial and it works. Though it would be nice to find out what that ID number is without making shortcut icons.
