Requested refund - heard nothing - now its past two weeks
Requested a refund a month ago - now its past the two weeks and I get auto generated saying it's past the two weeks and won't get a refund.

I have not touched the game since the first refund request. Am I just ♥♥♥♥ out of luck?

Yea, make sure the ticket is still open. If it is auto closing, you may have a nasty person on your accounts messing with your stuff. Steam support always sends a message saying why they refused your refund, unless you sent like 10 tickets in a row to them. The only reason they would auto close if you OP sent them the same ticket over and over again, many times in a row.
