I want to create a beautifully designed black steam profile, but to get the cheapest black background, i need to buy the game, and i wondered if i could buy the game, then the background, and return the game?

It will require 2 hours of play time in order to qualify to purchase the points shop item. This is there to prevent the type of abuse of refunds you are trying to do.
