Where would the English subtitles be in a Chinese game?

I bought an FMV game Conquer the world, apparently back in july. Got around to finally try it. It's supposed to have english subtitles. The forums seem to indicate there are subtitles. They maybe out of sync and missing in some parts but they apparently exist.

I have tried asking in the forums but got no replies, tried ai chat, tried clicking random stuff.
No luck.
I tried game support in steam but support is the developer
I would like to play the game. But don't speak chinese.

So if I were looking at a main menu in chinese, where would I hide the english subtitles?

Do you think giving the game a review that the game is misleading because there are no subtitles would get a response?

Right click the game in your library, select "PROPERTIES" and look if there is a "Language" tab.
Some games can only change language in the Steam library.

I stand corrected! Finally found the drop down and was able to select English in the game menu at the top. The subtitle choices are sometimes hilariously switched. But at least I now have an idea what is going on. Cheers!
