Virtual gamepad won't work through Nvidia web portal
I'm on an iPhone using the website portal for Nvidia to play the art chat but the virtual controller doesn't work anymore. It was working last night and I haven't changed anything but this morning it doesn't work anymore. I have found exactly one video on YouTube showing how to fix this 3 years ago and when I went to the settings to do what he did, All the settings were different and the setting I was looking for doesn't seem to exist anymore which would have been under "controller options" then under "controller application options" there was supposed to be a setting called "steam input per-game setting" and apparently I was supposed to be able to change that setting so that the virtual gamepad works every time. How is it working last night and I haven't changed anything but it doesn't work today???

This is not a steam issue. Contact Nvidia support. They have their own forums and support ticket system.

I doubt that it's not as steam issue because the virtual gamepad is a steam feature.

Nvidia also has it's own virtual gamepad too. I was not sure which one you were using. Do you? Are you using steam's or Nvidia's one? Next time you post, please use all information in first post as you are only hurting yourself with lack of information. I tell this to people that always complain about games not starting.
