Nvidia also has it's own virtual gamepad too. I was not sure which one you were using. Do you? Are you using steam's or Nvidia's one? Next time you post, please use all information in first post as you are only hurting yourself with lack of information. I tell this to people that always complain about games not starting.
GeForce NOW Android app, which is not recommended for long-term use, or the NvGamepad library, a cross-platform tool for developers to handle gamepad input in their applications. While the on-screen version is available on mobile devices, users seeking a better experience should connect a physical controller to their Android device or use a compatible device like a PC or handheld for the service.
NOTE: It says for phones, so that is why i thought you were using this one.
