Can't post comments on profiles (I'm flagged as spammer)
2 weeks ago I send 30 friend requests to people that shared their ID trough a Discord server of a game I playing. After that I got a restriction to send invites for a week, to prevent spam.

I've been trying to comment on other's people's profiles, and after 1-3 comments I get an error saying I'm doing it too frequently. I can't comment more than 1-3 times each day.
Also when I edit my profile, the summary text. I also cannot edit it more than 1-3 times each day.

I'm not a spammer, I wrote a discussion here the day before yesterday and it got deleted.

Please, I would appreciate any kind of advice, is there any way to stop the restrictions on my account.

Post less often. Spread it out a bit.

No one can reduce or remove the spam prevention system.

The profile editing cooldown is less of a "spam" deterrent and more of a preventative measure to stop hijacked accounts from changing too much of your stuff too quickly.

Oh I couldn't find the other post and got a notification on my phone that some discussion I was subbed was deleted.

How do I reduce it a little bit, it is been very restrictive, I can't edit the summary of my profile when I want to move something more to the right/left, and I cannot preview how the emoticons are gonna look.

What worries me is being unable to comment on other's people's profiles, I want to answer what the rest put on my profile.

Is this restriction temporary. Is it gonna go away naturally?
