It finally happened to me - Accidentally Sold an Item for the Wrong Amount
Hi everyone,

First off, I tried going through Steam Support → Purchases → “I need help with a previous purchase or shipping,” but the page keeps erroring out and won’t load for me at all. So I can’t reach Steam directly through the usual route.

The issue:
I accidentally sold an item on the Steam Community Market for the wrong amount and ended up losing around R3000. I understand fully that Steam Market sales are final, and I’m not asking for a reversal.

What I would like is simply a way to contact the buyer. Steam used to show who purchased your item, but now that info is hidden. I just want to explain the mistake and see if they might be willing to work with me. I’m happy to fully refund them if they’re understanding.

Is there any other way to find out who bought the skin?
