Click on the pending amount to see how long the estimated time is for the funds to be available. Sometimes you may have to restart Steam if the window has passed and the funds are not yet showing as ready to spend.

Nah bro you're all good, your wallet says (Pending) which means that your refund has been approved and you'll get your money back in the wallet. It wont take more than 24 hours for steam to verify stuff and actually return your money to you. I too returned some games and got my balance back in 24 hours. It can take a day or two as well but that's rare, just relax you'll get your money back soon.
