On November 28, I purchased FC 26 on Steam for $20 USD, but the game was never delivered. After about two hours, I received an email saying that my purchase had failed, and then my Steam account was suspended.

I have already sent three emails to Steam Support, but I haven’t received any reply. The $20 I spent was money that I had saved for a long time through careful budgeting, and I really don’t want it to be wasted for nothing.

You may have ran into a fraud detection. Your payment account (credit card?) may have been involved into suspicious activities, which triggered this mechanism. Your only hope is to contact the Steam support: https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/en/

Emails? Support doesn't communicate through emails. There should be a link in the red notice that provides a link to talk directly with Support through their ticket system.
