Al promediar las 00:22, realice compras de 3 juegos, los pagué con PayPal, peeero. El problema es que ni en PayPal me aparece el descuento del monto que pagué...

Likely the purchase didn'g to through. Instead of "reclamar", check the status of your transaction. I don't quite remember which is the more complete one, so check both your transaction history on the account details page and the support page.

Read before reclamar, my dude!
