ps.
they have change alot so ppl other brand controller can be used or showed in layout.
I don't have other controller or 2, so test this for you is impossible.
if problem is not in the OS with 2 diffrent port, we other seen this in the past with 2 com ports
they was splited by that, same can be seen as USB issue for not doing this.
Again i cant say if MS has not mapped controller one with other. also make sense when both is seen as same, kust like 2 mouse use same pointer, yes that i made so you cant have 2 mouse point at desktop, that will be crazy.
And then you enter big screen, controller is mouse pointer as fare as i remember.
so root to the problem is not so easy if they did that.
I did post within the game community itself but this seems to be a larger issue than TMNT game, it's just showing up more prevalent because so few games have couch co-op anymore.
I've checked all MS updates including optional ones and I'm updated.
=/
Yep, as i said, i have been experiencing it for years, and it is not just with Xbox controllers. Logitech controllers have this same bug too. As i said, if you ever find a permanent fix, please post on here. I tried looking for the last 5 years for one, but i have never found one. I ran even into this problem with older games, like mendel palace when i played it with someone on remote play.
I honestly think it might have something to do with either steam, or how the controllers are programmed, or both. This is very similiar to the steam overlay bug that happened to many people too. IT has been many years happening, but not enough people have complained or posted about it to get it fixed. Until enough people complain about it, report it, or do both will it get fixed. I have already reported this bug to the manufacturers of my controllers, and steam both, but they said they could not figure out what was causing it basically.
