Hi, I played the game Heroes of Valor on my brother’s account. Then we discovered the Steam Family Library Sharing feature and created a family on Steam. For a while I was able to play the game on my own account, but after some time problems started. When I launch the game, the developer logo appears and then it closes. It happens every time.

I thought the game itself was the issue, so I tested it again on my brother’s account on my PC — and it worked. I reset my drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, turned off background apps — and nothing helped. I don’t know what to do. Can someone help me?
