You can edit compatibility modes in your Steam library:

1)Select Start > Windows Accessories > Live Captions (or select the Start button, type Live Captions in the search box, then select it in the results).
4)Select Continue and wait for the person you're helping to allow the connection.
3)Wait for your helper, then select Allow in the window that displays.

Live Captions helps people who are deaf or hard of hearing to better understand audio by providing automatic transcription. This won't help the the user here. You can't connect with others via Live Captions... Are you just trolling?
