Uninstalling DLC of game no longer owned
I have a game that I'd bought, but ended up not wanting anymore so I used the support/"I want to permanently remove this game from my account" menu to have it deleted.

However, I just noticed that its soundtrack DLC is still in my library and I wish to get rid of it. Without the ability to navigate to the game in my library anymore (since it's removed from my account, uninstalled, and deleted) I can no longer reach the game's library page to get to the menu option to remove the DLC from my account.

How can I get that DLC to a game I no longer own deleted?

You cannot. You used to be able to get some soundtracks without the game associated with it. But when steam changed the music player, they changed it too. You need to rebuy the game that has the soundtrack associated with it.
I don't want to get the soundtrack, I want to get rid of the soundtrack I have. I really don't want to buy the game again just so I can delete its soundtrack. :steamsad:

You don't need to. "Permament removal" is merely an advanced hide option. If you ask for it to be restored to your account, they will do it.

That being said, I'm not sure if you can delete soundtrack from your library.

The permanent remove is just a better hide feature. You can restore the game at any time.

What game?

I've never used the delete/restore stuff, but from what I've picked up, you go to the support page, to the game support where it asks you about the game you're having problems with, enter the name of the game, and click something like "the game is not in my library". That should give you the option to restore it. You might then be able to delete the DLC, and then delete the game again.
