Hi all , first time posting here and i just wanted to know your opinions .I have initiated a refund request for helldivers 2 as im facing issues with quick joining games or joining friends issue most likely relating to internet howver i have literally tried all the tbs that i could find online even some posted here and nothing worked and i have spend over 4 hours doing that and was only ever able to join randomly once but then issue keeps happenig again and i cant seem to fix it .
Yet because of this steam keeps refusing my refund request as i exceeded 2 hours even though im still in the 14 days .
Total playtime is 4.5 hours due to me mostly trying to sort the issue out which multiple people face yet they just refuse it without addressing any of my concerns .
So am i wrong here should i have done anything different or is steams customer service just horrible .
