AMD software made my Unity games crash
I was having trouble with the Unity games I had, and when I used the AMD cleanup utility program to fix, and i started up one of the Unity games in my library, it was working but it was lagging very bad and when I installed the recent AMD software, they started to crash again.

if there's any way to fix it, I'd appreciate it a lot. Thanks

Update: I found out the real problem. I connected my monitor to the graphics card and now they're working fine

I forgot to mention I have Radeon RX 7600 and Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core Processor

Have you tried the old tip validate game intergrity of files.

Yeah I did that, it still wouldn't work. And I updated my BIOS today and it still didn't work. the only thing that worked was the AMD Cleanup Utility method and uninstalling the AMD software, and it made my Unity Engine based games work, but it lags like crazy.
