The controller keeps opening up Steam Overlay even though the options have already been turned off.
I only use the Xbox button for Xbox Game Bar. I already turned off the "Guide button focuses Steam" and "Enable Guide Button Chords for controllers" options, yet Steam Overlay keeps opening up when I open up Xbox Game Bar via controller. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

Go to Settings -> Controller -> Test Device Inputs -> Begin Test -> Setup Device Inputs, and then when it asks you to setup the Xbox home button just skip it. That worked for me.

It will stop opening Big Picture mode via Xbox button and in-game the Xbox button opens only the game bar and steam overlay should still be usable via keyboard shortcut.
