None of the games in my library will open anymore. It started happening randomly, no new software was installed no changes to the hardware none of that. Just games that I was playing the day before will stop responding on start-up, then I have the fun "stopping" bug were it gets stuck on stopping and you have to restart your computer to try again.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled steam, I've verified the game files, I've tried opening the game through local files, I've made sure my drivers are up to date, I've turned off my anti-virus, I'm not sure I should even try next.

I'm having only having this issue through steam, I can launch games on the Xbox app and through Blizzard, just steam games, and its every game in my library I have found no exceptions.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
