Games not starting

When I try to run Terraria nothing happens, even if I run it as an administrator. But when I verify integrity of game files, it says that 1 file is missing, but I still cant run the game, and when I verify the files again, I get the same message. I also tried clearing steam cache but it didn't work.

try reinsatlling if that doesn t work download a visaul file if terraria didn t alreardy. idk if its c++ microsoft visaul or something like that but you got the idea. maybe try insatlling another pixel game as they might sahre that bery same file. if that doesn t work your disk might be corrupetd / broken . not an expert tho
