Also you've said some things that shouldn't have been admitted to. Be more careful with admitting to breaking the Steam Terms of Service, like the sharing of accounts.

Then fill in the text box, pray to Gaben and then click Send.
Its probably best to not reveal any specific names, passwords, etc. Maybe have a proof of a game purchase(receipt, key, etc, but they'll let your friend know what he needs to provide).
And as for the lock itself, when they use the expiration year of 2038 it means its really forever. When 2038 comes around they'll bump it to the next 'forever' expiration date.
