Can't display a games achievements.

Asking here because game forums is pretty empty for years.
Bought a game because it has cool achievement icons and wanted to display them but when im trying to showcase it,game isn't in my achievement option as if i dont have it.
Thought its maybe because 2 hours rule and all so i left it running and its been a week now since i have it but still nothing so what gives.
Literally all games but that one show up on my list,why

The game is still marked with Profile Features Limited which excludes it from all showcases.

Games that are in the "Learning" phase...

Can not be used in showcases.

Oh my god i just checked the store page of it and it has the 2nd mark ffs
Why dammit,game came out in 2020 and nobody is playing it,below 100 reviews too

I just lost 40 cents thinking i can use its achievements as showcase,great

The game has to hit a certain sales metric, meaning cheap games may need to sell, on Steam, 100's of copies. Free copies or 3rd party keys don't count towards that sales metric.
