Latest Client update Steam Chat video links broken

All video links are displaying as a black box. Can't see video or video link.

1. Tried clearing browser cache
2. Tried changing themes
3. Tried disabling hardware acceleration

Yes forgot I did reject all than accept all to toggle. So yes enabled.

Also, Steam > Settings > Friends and Chat >>> Don't embed images and other media in-line is off?

OK that is off for now I will turn it on as at least I can see the link to click on it until I have something else to try.

This is a known Steam Chat client issue from a recent update. Embedded video previews sometimes fail to load and appear as black boxes. There’s nothing wrong on your end. clearing cache or disabling hardware acceleration won’t fix it. The usual workaround is to open the link in your browser, and you’ll need to wait for a Steam client update for a proper fix.
