Account not using mobile Steam guard. IF you disable steam guard at any point, you be require wait 15 days, the count down begins the MOMENT you re-enable steam guard, and if you disable it at any point again, it resets the count down.

Account using mobile Steam gaurd. IF you disable steam guard at any point, you be require wait 7 days, the count down begins the MOMENT you re-enable steam guard, and if you disable it at any point again, it resets the count down.

If you did the mobile steam guard app transfer to new device wrong way, you have to wait 7 days, but if did it right way it's 3 days.

Note in order to SELL on Steam market place, you need TRANSACTION on account that is 7 days old, but not older than 365 days, basically every 364 days just buy cheapest thing to create transaction, or loading wallet from exernal payment count too.

If you recently changed password may trigger cooldown which can't use for 5 days.

That's the thing. The moment I changed Steam Guard to the other device it was the moment of the 15 day cooldown started. Do these day things stack?
The last transaction I did was like 2 months ago (10 dollars if I recall). I usually sell items on steam very often, so I suppose it wouldn't make any problem.
I also appreciate your quick answer and consern.

You need to use Steam mobile guard app on your account, that has been active on the account for 7 days consecutively to be able to bypass listing holds. Otherwise, your item be on HOLD for 15 days before proceeding to be listed.

So if you have Steam mobile guard app on account for 7+ days consecutively, all you have to do is open Steam mobile guard app, click the confirmation page, and confirm the listing on the app, and it will bypass the HOLD.
