Problem here is, its a LAPTOP so brandname LAPTOP is resposible for all-in'one drivers.
so technicaly all support is "ASUS" TeK COMPUTER INC. problem.

You might not find any issue, and thats the point here, be lucky if you do, and it is that problem, and system check can fix itself.
system check do not includ VC++, VC++ is a thirdpart app issue.
Seen plenty of laptop use think they have enough power in balance mode, and most of the time its reduce power, its a wellknow issue among laptop gamers users.
We don't mentions this anymore, because it's a user own problem for know this.
Same as laptop user play 3D games on battry mode and no powercord and other crazy ideas like this. ( same as make sure wall plau is turn on and check lid or laptop power s charging up, you mght think ofc i do, you can find many steam post with steamor pc users ny mistake or did not know, have done this. ( it can happend i did not say you did it ) if you did then say so. so other steam user do not make same mistake.

So It seems everything that fails,fails because of an issue its own. Like vanguard fails for unknown reason. Styx fails crashhandler64.dll and nvd3dumx.dll. Planetbase Unityplayer.dll.Nvdisplat container ntdll.Opera unknown. But what I see is there are lots of issues. Even wi-fii. The miniport has failed a power transition to operational power
And if i remember corecctly steam dida unity engine update though steam.
Also why i might remember wrong they they update it faster then i notice it or did not play a unity engine game.
You might want to validate game with unity game engine to make sure game devs did it, if you had turn off game update, and you can din many post with i disagree with ppl choise in this,
yes we hate when game devs change something , but when security holds are been found most don't disagree with forces update.
OPERA , is that not the Thirdpart browser issue. are you using that. ?
Don't forget we are not support here ,we can only point at something, rest is up to you to deal with it. ( change browser to other default to see if this help with ( Opera unknown )

Is edge,firefox,chrome, and then one of them has issue the other normal dont have same issue. IMO.
a while ago a game company made a launcher update, and many could not start game at all.
Did you alter any thing in the bios settings for CPU, or RAM?
Did the issue happen recently to GPU drivers update? If use use DDU / display driver uninstaller, when get the file you unzip it, and go boot into windows safe mode, run DDU, close settings that pop for first time, select your device type to be GPU, and make sure it the Nvidia, then click only on clean & restart this clears out anything by Nvidia including the cache. Once done go ahead install latest drivers by Nvidia, or install older driver you knew that works. If your laptop still relative new that still getting updates by the laptop manufacturer if this laptop has gsync/free sync, and want to use that, you have to install GPU drivers from your laptop manufacturer website, make sure search for your exact model.
Did you do "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" without quotes in the CMD/command prompt running as administrator? This compares your OS to ONLINE VERSION so rules out any faults, and out of date data. Once done that you have to do "SFC /scannow" again without quotes in CMD running as administrator this verify with the fresh data you had done before. If any errors found you must restart PC.
Are you using any 3rd party apps hooking into games, apps, or etc?
Did you install 3rd party anti virus, if so what one, and did you temper with it behavior/settings?
no voltage config, I think it became more unstable with the latest drivers.I ddued before. I will try that scan health thing. I am not using any apps. I even got rid of nvidia app. Nope windows defender and didn't temper with it. Months ago, I did liquid metal and fan cleaning but don't remember issues like this. Let's say some thing is wrong why can I play latest games on high settings with no issue. Doesn't make sense to me.

lmao actually I updated the bios and it really broke something with the gpu. I was not able to switch between gpu and intel graphics.Didn't fix my crashing issues too. So right now I am always using my gpu not switching between.
I think a RTX 4090 should have more than 1 GB of VRAM.
Have you tried setting your games to play with the 4090 instead of using the Intel UHD Graphics?
