Videos in steam library not working

When you are in your games library you can select game and scroll down to screenshots and videos. Those videos not working for me.
I click it and picture turn black, only i can see is "see on Youtube" but can't click it.
Weird becouse it was working. I have fresh windows after format.
Any idea how to fix it? Is it becouse i deleted Microsoft Edge?
