Then he said that the account was only unlocked by 20%, and asked me to continue to pay to unlock the remaining 8%. Fortunately, I ran out of money at this time, and went to look for my parents. My parents understood me and directly helped me report the police. Only then did realize that I had been deceived. I would like to remind you once again that if you are harassed by unknown messages, please do not pay attention to them, directly block report them, and do not chat with these scammers. Now the avatar of the fake customer service is gone, it should have been deleted, and the buyer has not been deleted. I have sent an email and contacted the real official customer service. Please be very careful.

it usually involves people going to as thrid party site

but without a little info, hard to know

to be safe, do not trade before doing these

1. Scan for malware

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

3. Deauthorize all other devices

4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.

5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App

6. Revoke the API key https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey

(there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
