I was cheated and my money lost
When I was playing a game, someone suddenly sent a message saying that I had bought his stuff. At that moment, I was still confused it wasn't me, and then he said that he had reported my account and that it would be banned in 12 hours if I didn't contact customer service, I went ahead and added that so-called customer service. After adding him, the person pretended to be quite convincing, asking where I was from. I said I was Chinese and then he used a translation app. After a series of operations, he sent me a screenshot of Alipay asking for money, and at this point, I was confused and for his trick, paid the money. Then he said that the account was only unlocked by 20%, and asked me to continue to pay to unlock the remaining 8%. Fortunately, I ran out of money at this time, and went to look for my parents. My parents understood me and directly helped me report the police. Only then did realize that I had been deceived. I would like to remind you once again that if you are harassed by unknown messages, please do not pay attention to them, directly block report them, and do not chat with these scammers. Now the avatar of the fake customer service is gone, it should have been deleted, and the buyer has not been deleted. I have sent an email and contacted the real official customer service. Please be very careful.

Sorry it happend.
sorry it happened, partner

it sounds like someone may have hijacked your account

it usually involves people going to as thrid party site

but without a little info, hard to know

to be safe, do not trade before doing these

1. Scan for malware

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

3. Deauthorize all other devices

https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage

4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.

5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App

https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage

6. Revoke the API key https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey

(there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Thank you for your answer, I have already changed the account password. Actually, the content he provided is forged, and I saw the same scam on video websites

My account did not actually have any security issues, it was a scammer who forged that my account was about to be banned. He is a scammer who plays count strike and uses the money to buy game equipment and game skins. I have contacted customer service through bill and have his game account banned.

A fraud ring played two roles. One of them messaged you saying that you bought something on Rust but didn't pay, and sent a of a buyer with your account ID and an identical website. You replied that it wasn't you, and he said that he had already reported your account and asked you to contact customer service provided above. If you ignore it, your account will be banned within 12 hours. At this time, you will actively add the customer service account provided by that. (Of course, this customer service is fake, and the real Steam customer service will not contact you proactively). That customer service sent a screenshot with an IP address, that your account is in Russia, which is of course different from where you actually live. Then you asked to solve this problem, and he would give you an Alipay QR to pay to unblock, and then you would be deceived by him. This scammer can also provide so-called customer service authentication and forged X avatars
