Tom Clancy division
my game Tom Clancy division is accidentally linked to a different Ubisoft account, i contacted Ubisoft and they told me they cant help me and i need to contact steam request a refund and purchase the game again, i contacted steam and they told me i cant get request a refund because of playtime. i really doesn't have access anymore the wrong Ubisoft account its permanently deleted by its owner. yesterday i purchased game directly from Ubisoft, linked my original Ubisoft and steam account, but that steam is asking me a wrong Ubisoft account which is not exist anymore.
i also remove the game from steams library and tried to purchase the game on steam store again, but i got message that i cant purchase the game i already owned it.

what is the real solution to play that game again? steam support are worse i ever think, they are not like humans, they don't trying to help customers.

when i purchased game on Ubisoft, i thought steam will asked me a cd key and it will be worked, but not worked.

You can only link one Steam account to a Ubisoft account. You cannot link the same Steam account to another Ubisoft account.

You need to request a refund from Ubisoft for the Division you purchased yesterday and explain why you are requesting a refund then create a new Ubisoft account and repurchase the Division to have access to the game on Ubisoft Connect.

problem is that my steam and purchase game already linked to wrong account, if i will request refund on new purchase that wont help, i have no access to old wrong ubisoft account, its already deleted by the owner. problem is that i want to link new purchased game and my own steam to correct ubisoft account where i already have the new purchased game
