Help! I’m unable to open Steam, and I think it’s a problem with Steam Web Helper. I open Steam and watch Task Manager, which shows Steam running. Then, I see numerous lines pop up all saying “Steam Web Helper,” which appear for a second and then all disappear. The same thing happens about every 10 seconds, and this crash loop continues indefinitely. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting, but I can’t find any advice for this particular problem. At first, I was having the “ steamwebhelper.exe is not responding” issue, but now I can’t even use the fixes for that, as the program immediately crashes upon each launch. I’m on Windows 10 if that helps.
