any way to start a game without steam working?
I am assuming that steam is needed to check for the license of the game, but since steam isnt working and i just want to play an offline game anyway, is there a way i can turn it on while waiting for a steam fix?

You can try running the game's executable directly. Not all games on Steam use it as DRM.
