Why is trading not available to me?
I needed to make a trade, I checked if I had such an opportunity and steam says no. I clicked "see the reason" and no reason was written. literally. All that's there is an inscription that says I'm not allowed to do them. I thought maybe it was some kind of bug, but on my other old account the reason is indicated (that you need to make a purchase and it must be at least 7 days old). NOTHING is listed on this account. I just don't understand what to do. help

Did you recently change your profile name?

There is a 4 hour cooldown for trading after changing your profile name.

No i didnt change anything and yes, I wanted to make a trade on a site with CS2 skins. I copied the trade link, but when I pasted it, I got an error saying I needed to check if I could participate in the trade. This error led me to where I am now, and I don't understand what to do.

don't use third party trading sites. They are known to scam people and to hijack accounts.

i know, but i used it quiet a while and everything were alright, i trust this site.

When your skins have all disappeared because you gave them full access to your account will you feel the same about trusting them?

Never trust a 3rd party site, especially with your main account. Now, if you were using a throwaway account that used a different email, phone number, and wasn't family sharing with your main account, you might be safe.

Because not only have people gotten their inventories stolen by trusting 3rd party sites, sometimes the sites use the account to play games with cheats on and get the account banned from those games.
