That’s a scam, and a dead obvious one at that. A user would have to be blind not to see the scam.
You may to reed up on internet security and scams to fully protect yourself before it’s too late.
this is really bad tho, i send them the licences like what i've purchased on this account of mine, what should i do??? i feel like that's it and i dont send them anything

They can't do much with just your purchase history.
If you are worried about your account, you can take the following steps to secure your account:
1. Scan for malware. If you don't have a malware scanner use https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
