Friend got locked out of his account - how does he contact support?
My friend recently got locked out of his steam account of 18 years. Apparently his mobile authenticator got signed out and he can't get back in(?). He says he remembers his username, password, and email associated, neither he nor I know how to contact support. He tried emailing them (support @ steampowered.com), but it got an automated response saying the inbox was no longer monitored. How do you get in contact with an actual member of steam support, sending a ticket I presume, but where do you go to do that when you aren't signed into steam? I hope someone can point me on the right track here. Thanks.
