Is it possible to transfer my main account's game collections to my alt account?

So, here's the situation: I essentially have two accounts, a main and an alt. I own many of the same games on both accounts, but some games are exclusive to each account. The collections on my main account are incredibly well-organized, and it took a lot of time to sort everything out, so I’m not really interested in doing the same for my alt. If a game on my alt isn't available on my main, I'd prefer to categorize it as "Uncategorized." I was wondering if there’s an official way or a third-party tool that could help simplify the process.

On a related note, is it possible to do the same thing but with game notes?

Unfortunately, it doesn't solve my problem as it shares games rather than the collections/folders itself.

What I mean by collections is what can be seen here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/1fxrn43/for_everyone_who_uses_collections_how_do_you/

Nope. No way to do it how you want it. You need to do it manually for each account. Sorry to tell you this.
