Region Restrictions - Steam Activation Code
Hi, i'm from Brazil and here we have the official key seller site Nuuvem that only sells keys for LATAM regions (Brazil included), my question is, if move to another country outside of LATAM and buy a region locked key from that site, can i still activate that key if i don't change the region of my account ?

Does the new region still use USD?

Brazil doesn't use USD.

But it depends on how the key is restricted.
