yeah that is not a steam problem if you buy ingame coins so steam is right contact the game company

But that has nothing to do with Steam. If you buy a game on Steam, and you don't get it, then you can contact Steam support.

A bit of luck is involved when attempting to get people to do much of anything now a days. What did the pearls of atlantis, the ones you bought the coins from, say once you contacted them?
