Constant freezing. Community & Store tabs hang & never load

I've tried

-Clearing my download cache

-Restarting Steam & my PC

-Disabling GPU acceleration

None of these worked.

Exit Steam.
Delete everything inside this folder:

%localappdata%\Steam\htmlcache

Then start Steam again and see if your issue is gone.
