Is this a scam or is he a real Steam Staff?
His Discord name is Heliox Xeno (Steam Valve Moderator)
i talk to him because i needed help with a false VAC ban and was hoping that it could be removed

You're being scammed. No Valve staff will contact you through discord nor email. Block them.

LOl. You trust discord? It is full of scammers. STOP USING THIRD PARTY LAUNCHERS! Discord is not part of steam, and a third party launcher. It can slow down your pc and has scammers on it. Note that steam has it's own brand of scammers too.

Why would Steam/Valve use Discord when they have a whole platform of their own to use?

its a scam steam staff and support never talk outside their ticket system here on steam and you dont have a VAC on your account

Discord is not a 3rd party launcher, its a chat app akin to skype. There are scammers on every, single, chat platform.
