Someone changed my description and i cant remove it

I had this problem: I was playing Dota and suddenly I logged into my account and saw a message saying my account was being verified by a Valve employee. They also immediately removed all my profile decorations and avatar, and then they wrote to me like they saw suspicious activity . Also they changed my description and i cant remove it or change my name .
Please help me solve this problem. ( and this description can see only me )

Click “My Account” → “I think someone may have stolen my account.”

Explain the situation clearly: mention the message about “Valve verification,” profile changes, and loss of control.

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever.

Deauthorize all devices https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey

Support can not restore deleted information.

There is a profile editing cooldown that lasts a few hours.
