Used to be able to mouse-over an item to get a modal with it's extra info, for example in TF2 if you're looking at the listings for a specific unusual you could mouse-over each listed to see the unusual effect, level, etc.
Currently that popup/modal is not showing for TF2 items for me in both the Steam client and web browsers
Anyone else, or just me?

In CS2 and DOTA, the modal is appearing, but not positioned correctly, it's way above the mouse-over-ed item
In TF2 I wonder if the modal is showing, but above the visible page
