Unfortunately, Steam itself cannot unlink an EA account from your games. The link is controlled entirely by EA. To resolve this, you’ll need to contact EA Support directly and explain that your old email is inactive and you can’t access the old account. They may ask for proof of purchase or other account details to verify ownership before they can help you unlink the old account and link a new one. It’s not something Steam can do from their side.
