I have a problem with the marketplace. I received a $30 gift card. I bought Prime through Steam and spent the rest on CS:GO. But my account has been limited. What should I do? Sorry for the screenshot in Russian.

If your account is limited after buying Prime and CS:GO items with a gift card, it’s likely due to Steam’s trade and marketplace restrictions. Accounts get limited if Steam thinks the payment method isn’t fully verified, the account is new, or unusual activity is detected.
What you can do: contact Steam Support through https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com
and explain that you used a legitimate gift card and purchased games/items. Provide purchase receipts and any account info. Only Support can lift the limitation.

Receiving a Steam gift or digital gift card from a friend doesn't count and will not remove the limited user account restrictions.

You have to spend your own money.
