Every screenshot I ever took is being notified in the lower right
I just restarted from a PC crash and after loading Steam back up I noticed I started getting notification spam of every single screenshot I ever took ---- starting from over 8 years ago ---- its still going as I type.

I tried restarting steam but it just started over. What can I do and what caused this?
Its causing steam to run very very slow and become unresponsive

The issue is likely caused by a Steam Cloud sync error or old screenshots. Try disabling Steam Cloud in settings, deleting old screenshots from the userdata folder, and restarting Steam. You can also clear the cache and verify game file integrity. If that doesn’t help, contact Steam support.
